Some people face challenges that make finding work harder, whether it’s a lack of qualifications, a long gap in employment, health issues, caring responsibilities, or simply not knowing where to start. We specialise in working with people who’ve been overlooked by other providers. We believe everyone deserves a fair shot at meaningful work, and we put in the effort to help make that happen.
How we give back to North Queensland
Community Employment
We create and support employment programs that target specific community needs — from long-term unemployed adults to young people leaving school without a clear direction. Our goal is to make employment pathways real and accessible for the people who need them most.
Local Partnerships
We work alongside local organisations, not-for-profits, and community groups across North Queensland to deliver support that goes beyond employment. By connecting people to the right services and networks, we help build stronger, more resilient communities.
Employer Inclusive Workshops
We run workshops and information sessions for employers interested in building more diverse, inclusive teams, and we help them access the funding and support available to do it. Inclusive hiring isn’t just good for employees; it’s good for business.
QT’s Early Learning Centre
A warm, nurturing place to learn, grow, and belong — right in the heart of Mareeba. QT’s Early Learning Centre has been caring for North Queensland’s youngest community members since 2009.
