Welcome to the Q.I.T.E. website.  Over the past 24 years Q.I.T.E. has grown and diversified, keeping pace with the changing needs of our community. I have had the honour of being a part of this organisation for the past twenty years and leading a team of over 95 dedicated and professional staff is most rewarding.

Today Q.I.T.E. provides a broad range of employment and training services for individuals of all ages, local employers and the broader community.  While much has changed, our primary role is still to assist people (especially those who are most disadvantaged) obtain and retain their position in the workforce.

Q.I.T.E. works in the community, with the community, for the community.

We firmly believe that working with people enabling them to find employment is a most important function. Employment not only provides a means toward economic independence but participating in the workforce creates greater self confidence and even more importantly, a pathway for individuals to contribute and share their talent and skills with the broader community.

As Winston Churchill said "We make living by what we get.  But we make a life by what we give." At Q.I.T.E. we are about helping people make the most of their lives by becoming the best they can be.  Our focus is to create opportunities for individuals and deliver solutions for employers and the wider community.
